Gala Dinner 16th november. Palacio de Liria

The Palacio de Liria is one of the most emblematic palaces in Madrid and will serve as the venue for the Summit’s gala dinner. The gala dinner will be a formal event for Summit attendees to exchange ideas and have the opportunity to visit the palace.

The seats for the dinner are limited. You can save your seat during the registration process.
Designed to address the maximum array of possible topics of interest, the Summit is organized around three concurrent panels for each session of the two days. You will be able to select the panels according to your preferences when doing your registration, except for the Plenary opening and closing sessions, of general interest.
Activities and cultural visits for accompanying persons
A special agenda has been arranged for companions on the 16th and 17th of November. This agenda includes cultural visits around Madrid and shopping tours.
You will have the oportunity to select during the registration process.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up to and including the 31st of October 2023 will have the right to a total refund of the registration fee.
No refund on cancellations after this date.
Cancellations must be written and sent by e-mail to the Technical Secretary of the Summit: cumbre-ue@icam.madrid
All refunds will be made from the month following the end of the Summit. .
